My Spinn just needed a small replacement part, and I was relieved to find it right on the site. A friend had recommended checking there first, and it ended up being super easy. I ordered it quickly, got it installed, and the machine was back up and running with no hassle.

I’ve been using my Spinn for a few months now, it’s been solid. I was hoping for coffee that tasted the same from one day to the next, and for the most part, that’s exactly what I’m getting. I’d seen other people mention the consistency before buying, and I get it now. The only time it’s been a little off is when I switch beans and don’t bother adjusting anything, then it can come out a bit weaker. Not a huge deal, but enough for me to take off one star. Overall, I’m happy with it and curious if other Spinn users have had the same experience with different beans

I tried this coffee and thought the taste was alright, but not really anything that stood out. My sister had a cup too and felt about the same. It’s drinkable, just not something I’d go out of my way to buy again.

I’ve had my Spinn for a few months now, the cleaning has been easier than I expected. I remember the first week I had it, I was kind of nervous I’d mess something up, but the app just tells me when it needs a rinse or a descale, so there’s not much guessing involved.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the waste bin and drip tray fill up faster than I thought they would. It’s not a huge hassle, though, more like one of those little routines you get used to, especially when the coffee has already become part of your morning.

I’ve been really happy with my Spinn so far. The water tank is bigger than I thought it would be, that makes a difference. A big difference. With my old machine I felt like I was constantly refilling it after just a couple cups, but this one keeps up with coffee for me and my wife every day without any hassle. From what I remember, getting it connected to my home Wi-Fi only took a few minutes. The app picked up the machine right away, and I didn’t have to mess around with it much. I was mostly worried about random dropouts, but so far it’s been steady.

Overall, I’d say the temperature control does a solid job. Most mornings my coffee comes out nice and hot, which is exactly what I want when I’m still half asleep. Every now and then it seems a little cooler than I personally prefer, so it’s not perfect, but for everyday use it’s been consistent.

I was a little impatient and kind of annoyed at the time because the shipping took longer than I expected. It did show up eventually, but the tracking updates were confusing, so I wasn’t always sure where the package actually was.
